Building Susthota, a multi-vendor healthcare marketplace on Next.js 16 and Prisma/MySQL — four portals (storefront, customer, vendor, admin) with 30-permission RBAC across four roles, KYC-gated vendor onboarding, and a prescription review workflow that gates order release.
Designed the multi-vendor order pipeline: a single order fans out into per-vendor sub-orders with independent fulfilment, a commission ledger, and separate payout cycles. Customer wallet, loyalty, referrals, and monthly-refill subscriptions on top.
Delivered feature modules for Bridge to Bangladesh (bridgetobd.org), Oxfam Bangladesh's diaspora platform — community feed, circles, events, stories, member directory, mentorship matching, and the gamification system (impact scores, tier badges, Invite & Earn). Built the admin panel frontend: verification queue, engagement oversight, campaigns, newsletters, governance. Full EN/BN localization via i18next.
Built Revinr OMS, an internal HR and office platform — attendance and shift scheduling, leave and requisition approval chains, recruitment pipeline, a payroll engine (salary structures, pay grades, pay items), CRM with email broadcast, and a Kanban task board, all under per-module role permissions.
Built SAMS 360, a dual-portal SPA for international student recruitment — PDF contract signing with drag-drop field placement via pdf-lib, and bulk Excel import with server-side duplicate detection.
